Myung Jin (MJ) Suh is a Ph.D. Student in Computer Engineering at Northeastern University, working in the Wireless Networks and Embedded Systems Laboratory (WiNES Lab) under Prof. Tommaso Melodia. She received a Bachelor’s degree in Astronomy and Electrical and Electronic Engineering and a Master’s degree in Electrical and Electronic Engineering from Yonsei University. Her master’s thesis, “Real-Time 5G Uplink Interference Detection and Dynamic Scheduling Framework Using GPU-Accelerated O-RAN dApps,” focused on real-time uplink interference mitigation in 5G Open RAN systems. Her current research builds on this work and is focused on real-time RAN intelligence using O-RAN dApps and the NVIDIA Aerial platform.
