Z. Cihan Taysi received his B.S. and M.S. in Computer Engineering from Yildiz Technical University in Turkey in 2002 and 2006, respectively. He pursued his Ph.D. in the Intelligent Systems Laboratory (ISL) under Assistant Professor Gokhan Yavuz at Yildiz Technical University. He was a visiting Ph.D. student at the Wireless Networks and Embedded Systems Laboratory in the Department of Electrical Engineering at State University of New York at Buffalo under Prof. Tommaso Melodia. His research interests included embedded systems, audio sensor networks, and computer networks.
