Research Interests
Alessandro Traspadini received the B.Sc. degree in information engineering and the M.Sc. degree in telecommunications engineering from the University of Padova, in 2019 and 2021, respectively. In 2021, he was awarded a Double Degree scholarship with the National Taiwan University, where he also received the M.Sc. degree in communication engineering. In 2026, he received the Ph.D. degree from the Department of Information Engineering, University of Padova, where he is currently a Post-Doctoral Researcher. He has collaborated with TOYOTA InfoTechnology Center, Viasat Inc., and Northeastern University, where he was a Visiting Researcher in 2025 and 2026. His research interests include non-terrestrial networks (NTNs) and 5G/6G wireless systems, with a focus on integrated satellite–terrestrial networks, mobility-aware resource allocation, and network optimization.
